CONNECTED HEALTH. HUMAN FIRST.

Life happens
between visits.
Health does, too.

A clearer picture of your health, shared with the people who care.

We’re building Tervena to connect medical records, home health data, and everyday context. So patients, families, and clinicians can better understand what’s changing.

THE SPACE BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS

Having information
isn’t the same as
understanding it.

A report in one portal. Measurements in an app. A family member trying to explain what the doctor said.

Understanding the whole picture means bringing these pieces together, over time, and in the context of the person behind them.

“What changed, what does it mean,
and what should we ask at the next visit?”The conversation we want to make easier.

THE TERVENA APPROACH

Connect the pieces.
Keep the context.

Our product vision combines understandable records with analysis of relevant changes between visits.

01 / CONNECT
Clinical records +Relevant device data +Patient observations +

Bring the story together.

Connect available medical records, compatible health devices, and the details only a patient can add. Start with the sources that matter for a specific use case.

02 / UNDERSTAND
A personal baseline. A change in context.

Make changes understandable.

Explain documented findings in plain language. Develop AI models to surface meaningful changes from a personal baseline, with clear links to the information behind each finding.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Support the next conversation.

Give patients and authorized family members a shared picture, and give participating clinicians a concise summary to support assessment and follow-up.

ONE PATIENT. A CIRCLE OF CARE.

Personal health.
Shared understanding.

Patient first means useful information, a simple experience, and control over who is included.

YOUR HEALTH, IN YOUR HANDS

Understand the information.
Stay part of the conversation.

A place to understand documented findings, see relevant changes over time, and prepare for the next visit. Choose which family members can participate.

↳

The goal: less time deciphering information, more confidence asking useful questions.

A BROAD VISION. A FOCUSED FIRST STEP.

One clinic.
One use case.
Prove the usefulness.

We’re seeking the partners and funding to build the first product and model, establish a clinic partnership, and test one complete care workflow.

OUR FIRST CLINIC PILOT PLAN
01

Define it with a clinic.

Select one patient group, a useful clinical question, relevant data sources, and a clear review workflow.

02

Build the complete flow.

Connect information, explain it, analyze changes, and put sourced findings in front of a participating clinician.

03

Measure what matters.

Evaluate patient understanding, clinician-rated usefulness, false flags, and time required for review before expanding.

Initial demo scenario: hypertension follow-up.
The clinical pilot use case will be selected with a partner.

Will Tervena diagnose or prescribe?+

Tervena is being built to explain health information and bring relevant changes into the clinical conversation. Our focus is evidence-backed insights that support assessment and follow-up. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with the treating professional.

Can a family member participate?+

Patient-controlled family access is central to our design. We’re building for family members who help organize care, understand findings, and prepare questions, whether nearby or in another U.S. city.

How are you approaching doctor and device connections?+

Our integration roadmap starts with one clinic partnership and the records and compatible devices relevant to that care workflow. We’ll expand connections around the needs of patients and their care teams.

SEE THE IDEA IN ACTION

A more connected picture.
A more informed conversation.

For patients. For the people supporting them. For the next conversation with their doctor.
